Boardwalks, sea views and a tiny church inside a cave
One of our favourite short walks near Šibenik: first to the dramatic sea fortress, then along the channel to the cave church of St Anthony. If you still have energy, add one of the viewpoints.
Villa Mare
Park near Škrapina/St Nicholas beach and follow the long wooden walkway to the fortress.
Continue along the channel promenade to the little church inside the cave.
Optionally climb to a viewpoint, then return along the same route.
Our local tip
Morning and late afternoon bring the loveliest light. Trainers or walking shoes are much more comfortable than flip-flops.
