Primošten is close, easy and always beautiful: circle the peninsula, climb through the lanes to St George’s Church, then return to the water.

Climb the lanes to St George’s Church.
Complete the loop on the waterfront and add a swim or dinner.

The western side is gorgeous at sunset. In midsummer, arrive later as the day crowds begin to leave.
